It is quite regrettable that the braids of women are being chopped off by some unknown goons across the Jammu and Kashmir.So far dozens of braid chopping cases have been witnessed in Kashmir and seems no end to this unfortunate practice.Government authorities haven't taken this grave issue seriously rather are busy in usual way of negligence.We implore the Government authorities and the police to nab the culprit as soon as possible. .Helpline numbers must be set up for every district in Kashmir. Men and the youth must keep vigil in their respective localities,be aware of any movement of strangers,beggars,labours, etc.If you find any suspicious activity ,inform the nearest police station or the president of the local body of the village.
